How fresh is the data?

County records refresh weekly to monthly depending on the county. Owner contact data (phones, emails) refreshes per-record at the moment of build, not from a stale cache. DNC list is checked against the most recent National DNC drop available to us.

What is your phone match rate?

For owner-occupied residential, expect ~70-80% match (at least one phone returned). Industry baseline for RPC (right-party contact) on cold dial is ~25%. That is set by the dialing channel, not the data quality. We surface that number honestly so you can model ROI.

Can I get a refund if rows are bad?

Our terms are as-is. We serve county-pulled records skip-traced through our upstream chain. We do not guarantee per-record outcomes. For pre-order sanity, the live preview tells you the exact row count before payment. Refund policy.

Is this a CRM?

No. Output is CSV / sFTP. Bring your own CRM (REIRail, Mojo, Launch Control, GoHighLevel, anything that ingests CSV). The column names are standard. No remapping required for the major dialer/CRM platforms.

What is the minimum order?

$0.50 (about 3 rows at PAYG). Stripe processing minimum, not ours. If your geo + preset only returns 1-2 rows, the minimum floor still applies and you only get those rows.

Do you have API access?

Coming with the subscription tier launch. PAYG today is dashboard-only.

What states do you cover?

All 50 + DC. Coverage and refresh frequency varies by county. Some rural counties refresh monthly, major metro counties weekly.

How is this different from /motivated-seller-leads/ or /inherited-property-leads/?
