Filter control: stack geography (state, counties, or pin + radius), property type (single-family, multi-family, condo, land), distress flags (vacancy, pre-foreclosure, inherited, judgment), owner profile (owner-occupied, absentee, out-of-state, investor, cash buyer, trust-owned), high-equity threshold, and numeric ranges for year built, years owned, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Output context: lender, loan type, MLS status, and sale history are all included in your CSV output for downstream review, but they are not selectable as filters in this version.

Preview discipline: row counts and pricing are visible before checkout, so narrow lists stay narrow and broad lists stay intentional.

Outreach guardrails: phones are DNC-scrubbed before download, and email verification is a separate $0.01/email add-on.

Can I preview row count and cost?

Yes. The builder is designed to show the narrowed row count and per-row cost before checkout.

Can I filter by lender or loan age?

Yes. Lender, mortgage, sale history, and financial fields are available where data exists.

Are phones already checked against DNC?

Yes. Phones are DNC-scrubbed before download.

Are emails checked automatically?

No. Email verification is a separate $0.01/email add-on.

What if I need a field not visible in the builder?
