No. Every Skip Trace Depot product is pay-per-use. No monthly fees, no per-seat charges, no minimums beyond a single record.

Do credits expire?

No. Once purchased, credits stay in your account until you use them. Same credit pack works for Skip Trace and DNC Scrub.

How does volume pricing work for Skip Trace?

Your per-record rate drops automatically as your file size crosses each tier. One file, one checkout, one rate per row. You do not need to pre-select a plan.

What is the minimum charge on a Skip Trace job?

$0.70 per file. This covers ingest and report generation for very small lists.

Can I get a refund if hit rate is low?

Do you offer enterprise rates above 25K records?
