Does it include current interest rate?

It includes recorded loan context when available, but not a guaranteed live borrower rate. Use loan age, loan type, lender, and equity as the practical targeting stack.

Can I filter by lender?

Yes. Use the app builder to filter lender names, loan age, geography, equity, value range, and owner occupancy.

Are phones already checked against DNC?

Yes. Phones are DNC-scrubbed before download so your calling team starts from a cleaner file.

Are emails checked automatically?
