Georgia average is 90.7%. Johns Creek runs 15.7 points below. On a 1,000-row pull that is 157 rows.
Rich Zip, Thin Data: Reading the Georgia Spread
Most investors assume the money follows the data: rich suburb, clean records, easy trace. Georgia says otherwise. Ellenwood, a working-class suburb on Atlanta's south side, came back with a phone on 96.2% of the records we delivered. Johns Creek, one of the wealthiest suburbs in metro Atlanta, came back at 75.0%. That 21.2 point spread separates our best and worst Georgia city with 100 or more records, and it points the wrong way for anyone pricing a list by zip code prestige.
The state as a whole traces well. Between 2026-05-28 and 2026-08-19 we delivered 39,788 Georgia records, and 90.7% came back with a phone, well above our typical state. Each matched row averaged 3.9 phone numbers, and 93.9% of primary numbers were mobile, so the first number on the row is usually one you can text.
A good state average hides bad city math. Among the 100 Georgia cities where we delivered 100 or more records, hit rates run from Ellenwood's 96.2% down to Johns Creek's 75.0%. Budget a Johns Creek pull at the statewide 90.7% and you come up 157 rows short per thousand, which means every dialer quota and offer target built on that list was wrong before the first call. A pattern keeps showing up in the table: affluent gated-community markets tend to trace worse than working towns.
The billing does not punish the hard cities. You pay per matched row only, misses are free, LLC and trust rows are skipped without charge, and there is no subscription and no minimum. The table below covers 210 Georgia cities with 25 or more delivered records, so you can price the specific market you are buying in instead of the state average.

Why does a wealthy suburb like Johns Creek trace worse than a working-class one like Ellenwood?
In our Georgia data the pattern is consistent: affluent gated-community markets sit at the bottom of the table and working towns sit at the top, with Johns Creek at 75.0% and Ellenwood at 96.2%. The likely mechanism is that privacy scales with money. Wealthy owners are more likely to hold property in trusts, route mail through attorneys or managers, and keep numbers unlisted or registered to a business. A homeowner in a working-class town tends to own in their own name with a personal number they have carried for years. The record trail is simply cleaner.
What does 3.9 phones per matched row mean for my cost per dial?
You pay once per matched row and get 3.9 phone numbers on average, so your real cost per number is the row price divided by 3.9, not the sticker price. Misses cost nothing, so no part of your spend goes to rows that came back empty. And since 93.9% of primary numbers are mobile, most rows give you a first number you can text before you ever dial.
How fast does a Georgia file come back?
Median turnaround is 2.5 minutes for files of 500 to 2,000 rows. Upload the list, and it is usually back before you finish setting up the campaign it feeds. There is no queue tier to pay for and no subscription required to get that speed.
How much does skip tracing cost in Georgia?
Pricing starts at $0.09 per matched record for files of 1 to 500 rows and steps down to $0.035 per row above 25,000 records. You pay for matches only. Rows that return no phone and no email are free. There is no subscription.
How many Georgia cities do you publish match rates for?
210. Those are the Georgia cities where we have delivered at least 25 records, which together cover 37,518 of our 39,788 Georgia records. Below 25 records a percentage is noise, so we do not publish one.
Do you skip trace LLCs and trusts?
No. Rows titled to an LLC, corporation, or trust are detected and skipped, and you are not charged for them. Skip tracing resolves people, not entities.
You have seen the measured numbers for 210 Georgia markets. The fastest way to know your own list's rate is to run it: pay per matched row, misses free.
Run your own fileWhen this is the wrong tool
If most of your Georgia list is held by LLCs and trusts, skip tracing is the wrong first move. We skip entity-owned rows without charging you, which keeps the billing honest but leaves you with a thin result if entities make up the bulk of your file. Resolve those entities to the people behind them first, then trace the people. Running the raw entity list through a person-matching engine just tells you what you already knew.
This is also not a compliance product. A matched phone number is a way to reach an owner, not a clearance to call them, so do-not-call scrubbing is a separate job you run before dialing. And if you need litigation-grade address verification, for service of process or anything a court will scrutinize, use a service built for that standard. Our output is built for investors starting conversations, not for filings.
